Taxon table failed to upload without error #90

Sample was analyzed using TheiaProk_Illumina_PE v5.0 with taxon table options. Sample finished analysis successfully and was identified as amr_specimen, but did not upload to amr_specimen table.

One idea I had for this issue is that we run dos2unix on the taxon_table_TSV prior to parsing it in the export_taxon_tables task.

If I recall correctly dos2unix exits 0 regardless if the input files has Windows/DOS line endings or Linux line endings
