wave emoji on home page doesn't render on local yarn serve

Sometimes when running yarn serve after #182 , the home page hand wave emoji from in the source does not render correctly

It seems fine on Netlify though? Both running Node v14.16.0

Ok, seems to only be when running yarn serve however it seems like this not Greenwood issue per se. The 👋 is there in .greenwood/index.html and public/index.html/ and even shows correctly when using curl

It even comes back correctly in the Network tab!? 😕

But view:source shows it as the escape character

It also breaks (only locally) for Safari and Edge. (Edge would seem fitting since it also Chromium based).
