We are pleased to announce the launch of the Quire v1 pre-release, which is now officially open source!
Thank you for your patience and commitment to Getty's homegrown digital publishing tool. We are excited to share the hard work of our software engineers: @mphstudios, @hbalenda, and @anderspollack. Their dedication has improved Quire's usability and laid the groundwork for significant future developments.

As you begin using this new version of Quire, keep in mind we are still in the pre-release phase. Additional tweaking and testing are required, and you will likely encounter bugs. We invite you to assist us in identifying issues. Your help will go a long way in improving the Quire experience for everyone.
Report bugs with the Quire Issue Tracker, where you will also find a record of features and enhancements still in progress.
