V1 Docs: Add layout: bibliography to Page Types section

Idea being proposed

@geealbers While working on PR # 599 I realized that I neglected to add layout: bibliography to the Page Types section. Other than bibliography are there other layout types that I am missing? Do I need to mention base.11ty.js?

Just kidding. I did add bibliography. I was accidentally looking at the V0 docs. I do, however need to add a screenshot for bibliography to complete this section.
