Hooks latch onto grass and other non-solid blocks

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but hanging from a hook attached to the top of a blade of grass is pretty weird; might be better to use the normal collision filter for normal projectiles.

I actually already happened to have that mod installed; it doesn't affect hook behavior. Thanks for the suggestion though, was a good idea.
