When trying to connect my Inland MK47 from Microcenter (fresh from the box) I get an error saying that I need to open the device. This might be just a firmware issue but since I have never used VIA before I am unsure.
To reproduce
Plug keyboard to cable
Other end of cable into computer (directly, not through hub or dock)
Make VIA "Authorize"
Select HID device ("www.hfd.cn MK47")
(Gets an error)(refer to image below)
Expected behavior
When allowing Chrome to allow the keyboard to connect to VIA, the website gets an error.
Sanity checks
I have directly plugged the keyboard into the computer, and I don't think I am able to flash any firmware due to being on Chrome OS. But firmware is what im expecting to be the problem.
