Prepping for Book Dash: Planning Committee Recruitment

Book Dash dates: 4-8 November

Finalise Book Dash dates based on working group and governance level availability Working Group Dates typically set up to 8 months in advance As far in advance as possible Complete ✅
Set up form for Planning Committee applications Working Group Need to find link to previous template, questions may be revised between Committees Complete ✅
Write short online advert for Committee applications RCM Can re-use from previous calls Complete ✅
Open call for Planning Committee applications RCM This includes adding to next newsletter, posting on Slack, X, Mastodon, & LinkedIn No later than 5 months before Book Dash dates, call lasts for 2+ weeks Complete ✅
Review Planning Committee applications Working Group NB find criteria we used and link Schedule decision making meeting for 1 week after applications close ✅ 13 August
Send outcomes to Planning Committee applicants Working Group Documentarian As soon as possible after outcomes agreed 🟧 To be scheduled
