In my notes I find the idea,
that it could be worthwhile to advocate for german equivalents of JOSE/JOSS and de-SSI in the institutions paper.

You only mean de-SSI, right? Because duplicating JOSE/JOSS sounds counter-productive, unless it is restricted to German language content (i.e., for the wider DACH region).
