Describe the bug
When I click the the comments box it jump to the newsletter box and the comments box disapeared

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any passage
Click on the comments box
See error

Expected behavior
Can type in the box

OS: [windows 10]
Browser [edge]
Version [22H2]
