oids and covers on different pages

Hello,

thanks for sharing your tool.
I tried different color printers with a lot of different settings but could not get a working colored print. In most cases only some of the oids where printed and most oids part were left blank, but printing the library page in grey shades worked.
Could you add an option to create the oids and the covers on two pages? This way I can print the oids in black over the colorful print of the covers.

I will add it to my todo list, but I cannot make any promises as to when I will be able to implement this because I am very busy at the moment and this will be a LOT of work (basically I have to create the layout twice and make sure both versions match up, which is not what html was designed for).
