Add an option to form teams #23

Add a checkbox asking the person creating the event whether they would like to form teams automatically.
If the person checks the box, then

after we reach a minimum of threshold of call-ins(let's say 6) start making two teams.
Honor gender ratio as much as possible.
if we reach a certain threshold let's say 24 players(make three teams)
