tkrun is a C tool, but to use native python there should be a python version?

Besides trying to decide between tkinter and pyQt, there is a version of tkrun under python, developed by Brian Prager in summer 2008 under python2.
A simple conversion to python3 broke the interface. See the teuben/tkrun github repo where this is being played with.

The development happens in https://github.com/teuben/agui, but the qtrun.py script gets copied to $NEMOBIN/qtrun during NEMO's install
