make delete_external-dns fails in GCP with:
│ Error: Error when reading or editing ManagedZone: googleapi: Error 400: The resource named 'gke-nacx161rc2-europe-southwest1-0-gcp-sandbox-tetrate-io' cannot be deleted because it contains one or more 'resource records'., containerNotEmpty
