TestContainer cannot connect to docker when running dockerfile

Hi everyone.
I faced strange issues and did everything I could to solve the problem. I even tried everything discussed in this discussion.

My integration tests work fine when I run the tests via the command line or UI but when I try to build the Dockerfile on my machine I keep getting this error.

I am using OrbStack. I appreciate it if I get some guidance on this.

I fixed the issue by running them directly in GitHub action instead of Dockerfile
