Document need for USB disk to be FAT32 formatted #169

I found out the hard way that you must have the USB disk FAT32 formatted. Would be helpful if docs noted that a particular disk format is required 👍

Thanks for the catch! For reference, what format(s) did you try that didn't work?

I believe I had a extfs or something that OSX defaults to

Thanks. This seems to be a common property of USB, was reading about this yesterday!
