moving Teslamate from Docker on Windows to a Docker LXC in proxmox

Hi all, I'm very new to the whole proxmox and Docker on LXC but I've just got Docket installed and have portainer running on the lxc, wanted to migrate my Teslamate data from my Docker which is running on Windows currently.
I have created a backup file using the instructions here: https://docs.teslamate.org/docs/maintenance/backup_restore/, however not sure how to import that file to the docker LXC on my proxmox and to restore from it.
can someone please help a newbie ? that would be fantastic, thank you very much in advance!

I was able to get the backup file from my previous install and now just need to figure out where to drop it in which folder and how to restore . I'm using a new teslamate install on docker with portainer installed. thank you!!!
