Feature request: Grupping

Charging groups
With the ability to group charging, we will be able to do lots of things, like adding charging subscription cost to the charging price.

For eksampel:
I have a charging subscription there allow me to charge for free on lots of charging stations, but on some charging points, it just gives me a discount.

• Subscription price $100 for this group of charges.
• Charging 1 cost $0 for 50 kw.
• Charging 2 cost $10 for 25 kw.
• Charging 3 cost $0 for 25 kw.

Above is not the true out of pocket cost over that group of charging, but the true cost are:

• Subscription price $100 for this group (same as above group) of charges.
• Charging 1 cost $50 for 50 kw.
• Charging 2 cost $35 for 25 kw.
• Charging 3 cost $25 for 25 kw.

In the above group, it shows the true cost of each charge, since I have used 100 kw and $100 for subscription devided by 100 kw used are $1 a kw and for charging 2 where there ware additional cost, the price now shows as cost + $1 for each kw used because that group of charges had a subscription cost of $100.

Drive groups
With the ability to group drives, we will be able to do lots of things, like if you use your car for business and personal, we can show cost, km/mile, power consumption etc. for business use and personal use at the sametime, we can also get our cost for driven km/miles used in business.
