Describe the feature

When running a plan against multiple directories, the github checks show all plans that are running and once the entire stack is finished then those checks update with pass/fail - it would be great if the results of the individual executions were yielded in the moment they finish so that the checks themselves start updating, instead of waiting for all executions to finish before updating the all checks at once

Let me know if it's not too clear!

Why is this feature important?

This helps visually when waiting for long executions - if a single plan starts to fail then we can proactively cancel the workflow and fix the issue before re-planning. Sometimes an execution in one directory fails fast but we have to wait for others which potentially don't fail, wasting resources and time.
