[Bug]: claim bypass/brake blocks in other ppls claims

Bug Description

basically its just braking blocks using a tamed mob

How to Reproduce?

its simple tame a dragon from the ice and fire mod grow it to tier 3 or to brake more shit tier 4 or 5 then ride it use the breath attack or just run into shit to brake it

Told by who? Cadmus has mob griefing protection, Ice & Fire should not be bypassing it
