[Bug]: No Rain Particles

Bug Description

Playing Modpack 'Create: Astral v2.0.5' 1.18.2, Ad Astra 1.0.9 is a requisite.

No rain particles. No rain sounds. All particles etc are enabled in MC settings.

Error is either with 'Ad Astra' or 'Architectury API' as if I disable those the game loads with rain sound.

How to Reproduce?

1. ATLauncher
2. Download 'Create: Astral v2.0.5' for Minecraft version 1.18.2
3. Load into world with cheats
4. /weather rain
5. No sound or particles

Sigh. 'Ad Astra' and 'Architectury API' are requisite for this mod pack. I cannot disable one of them or either of them and still be able to load into a world. Enabling them causes rain splash particles to disappear. Rain falling particles are still there. ~157 mod jars, I tried loading with random combinations until I worked out the issue was specific to 'Ad Astra' and/or 'Architectury API' No splashes on the ground and no rain falling/splashes sounds. Very annoying, I've progressed significantly in the pack and don't want to have to abandon my progress to find another pack without the bug....
