Description

The timezones are all assumed to be in local format (Arizona) and do not have a UTM offset. This should be documented.

Details

The lack of a time offset can lead to the incorrect interpretation of time values. Documenting the time offset may help prevent problems

Completion Criteria

  • the assumption of Arizona time is appropriately documented
