Feature Request: Hover Text/Info for Distributions

The Scalars and Histogram tabs have a nice feature where information is printed when you hover your mouse over different parts of the plots.

It'd be nice if the Distributions tab had something similar: show the min, max, and different percentile values when one hovers their mouse hover the distribution.

This would go a long way to improving the usefulness of histograms/distributions! Being able to see the max/min values is a really crucial detail for model debugging.
