Tensorboard: ability to save legends along with the SVG file

Tensorboard provides an ability to download the graph as SVG file but it doesn't have any legends. It will be great if there was an option to add legends to the file before downloading.

@quancs, @Nemo1999 If you are still looking for a solution, I wrote a simple plugin to address this issue.
You can use it as a workaround until the Tensorboard's team implements those features.
Hope it will help others as well!
