Add `subspace list` #62

I want subspace list to show all the inventory and groups so its easier to ssh or whatever to them:

$ subspace list
Listing all hosts: 
  [production]
  prod-web1
  prod-web1
  prod-db

or something. It could just cat the hosts/inventory file as a basic impl
