Reaction Details and Count Not Working Correctly on Hover and Click

When the user hovers over a message reaction, it should display the list of users who reacted to that message, but the list is not showing.When a user clicks on a reaction, the count of reactions should increase by one, but the count does not update, and the UI does not reflect the change.
