TMCstepper Examples is not working

Hi there
I have just downloaded your library for TMC chips to use om my stepper setup.
But 6 out of 8 examples in your library is now working out of the box, when compileing.

Could you update the library examples to work correct:

Here are the 6 examples that don't work.
