Creates new function in fetchData to fetch a random image from the API, implements that function in DisplayRandomPicture
Description of changes - what did you do
Used code from MM.006 & MM.403
Created a new file for a function that gets an image for a random day- copying the structure of the function from MM.006/MM403
Used the existing fetchAPI function to create an additional function which uses count query parameter to get random image
