Set event based on current date

We know what day events occur, we can filter the list of possible events to just the one we are attending on the day the user visit the scouting site. This would obviate several input fields.

@TheLumpiest if you could hot fix this to at least put VABLA as the only/first option on the scouting form that would probably prevent a lot of confusion
