Create software architecture documentation and add to README

Summary
Create a block diagram describing the software architecture for the scouting app. Add it to the readme of the repository so other people know how the software is organized.

Work Scope

• Create a block diagram that shows the relationship between the frontend and the server, including any caching or database
• Add documents to a github markdown file (making a doc/ folder would be good) and at least the main project readme for now
