단순히 PR마다 jenkins를 통해 빌드하는 구조가 아닌,
netlify를 이용하게 되면 frontend에선 각 PR마다 수정점이 반영된 고유한 링크가 생성되는데,
backend도 이처럼 각 PR마다 고유한 링크가 생성되게 할 수는 없을까
