Add `token` to list of filtered parameters from logs #534

eg. config :phoenix, :filter_parameters, ["token"]

Currently routes that accept tokens, such as magic link, will happily print out the tokens to server logs -

[debug] Processing with AshAuthentication.Phoenix.StrategyRouter
  Parameters: %{"token" => "eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6I...

Given these can be used for authentication, they probably shouldn't be logged!

This config change could be done as part of the Igniter installation for AAP.
