Stick shaker, green dot, yellow & red bars #6

Calculate the following speeds:

"Green dot speed": stick shaker speed at 40° bank plus 1.3g margin.
Yellow bar: stick shaker speed (current attitude).
Red bar: stall speed (current attitude).

Display on PFD.

Implement stick shaker sound.
