This is currently not exposed. What do you need it for?

Two use cases:

1. Suppose I have an app that should automatically lock itself when it goes into the background. If I receive a callback when the window goes to the background or comes to the foreground, I can take appropriate actions.
2. When using global shortcuts, I register a shortcut (Cmd+T). Now, if I switch to Google Chrome and press Cmd+T, Chrome doesn’t open a new tab. This happens because I haven’t unregistered the shortcut in Tauri. If I receive a callback when the window goes to the background or comes to the foreground, I can unregister or re-register shortcuts accordingly.

valid use cases but isn't tauri's focus/blur event enough to handle that? iirc it's really the same event (== tao's windowDidBecomeKey handler triggers the focus event)

the boolean tells you whether it gained or lost focus.
