Fields "homophone" and "rhymes" should probably lists of strings and not strings

Noticed this today, but "rhymes" is definitely a bit off; usually fields in plural are lists. Similarly, "homophone" should probably be "homophones" and a list of strings.

Making this an issue in case someone is actually using the data in these two fields, but I will probably want to change them so they're more consistent with the rest of the data in this way.
