Documentation on GitHub for DAU

There are four repositories relevant to DAU. All need documentation before being opened:

• https://github.com/tattle-made/DAU_tipline/, this is the one I want to rename dau
  This one needs proper documentation since it will be the one we point everyone to externally
  Writing a project page, and a wiki (for an average user to understand)

• https://github.com/tattle-made/dau-worker

On all 3 repos we need a page on how to get involved in open calls etc and contribute, how to sign up for the DAU, license.
