I have created an account on gupshup from my tattle email id and created a test app as a way to familiarize myself with the gupshup portal. I was wondering that even while we are aquiring the new phone number and setting up an MCA owned account on guphup, can I actually start integrating their APIs and working on a test server? This will give the tech team a headstart on development related to integration. once the MCA account and number is setup, our server can be pointed to it instantaneously.

  • Ask Gupshup if they have a test number through which we can start interacting with their API while we wait for MCA number approval.

I SMSed "OPTIN dautipline" to the number provided on gupshup portal but it doesnt look like that worked. I didnt get any acknowledgement, I dont see my number in the list of opt in users (its empty), when i go to the sandbox and enter my number to try and send a message from gupshup, it says that the user is not opted in. So I think this would only be clarified by Gupshup team

An email has been sent out to them to begin connecting the phone number to a gupshup account.
