Contacts will not be imported without closing Aurora and re-opening

Description:
When allowing Aurora access to contacts, the user must close and re-open Aurora app to get the contacts to display.

Steps to reproduce:

1. User has phone contacts
2. User has not ever imported phone contacts to Aurora (fresh install)
3. There should be no phone contacts displayed on the Aurora contacts tab
4. Navigate to Phone Settings > Apps > Tari Aurora > Permissions > Contacts
5. Tap Allow to allow Aurora to access contacts
6. Navigate back to Aurora app Contacts tab
7. Verify phone contacts are still not displayed on the Contacts tab
8. Close the Aurora app and re-open
9. Verify the phone contacts are now displayed on the Contacts tab

There is a problem with the Permission Manager. Should be fixed in the next release
