Testnet tokens have no value.

They will not be exchanged at any ratio for mainnet tokens after launch. Mining testnet tokens does not enter you into a pool for airdrops. Testnet tokens will never convert into mainnet tokens.

What can I do with them?

You can use your testnet tokens to buy merch from the Tari TTL Store.

Then why should I mine testnet tokens?

To help support the network of course! With more minors, and more hashrate competition on test networks we can test the scale and efficiency of the network leading up to mainnet. You help the developers ensure the network is in good working order before we launch, and in return, you can buy merch with the test tokens.

I mined last year but can't access my wallet

We reset the test networks quite often with announcements via the development and mining channels on discord, and telegram. Sorry to say but if your wallet is too old, those tokens won't be valid any longer.
