Add fk_constraints data to ddl schema

ddl schema doesn't contain any information about spaces relations. seems that it must be added, see: tarantool/tarantool#5943

Am I understood right, the proposal is to support foreign key constrains from tarantool and reflect it in ddl.get_schema() and ddl.set_schema()?
