How can I generate images from my own captions?

My aim is to use this model as a black box and when I input my own caption it should return the respective images.

I found out some functions which might suffice my aim i.e. a function named DrawCaptions in eval/miscc/utils.py but I don't know how can I use that function for visualization purpose.
