A ton of suggestions

Since this project seems alive again, I'm gonna scrap my idea for hiring a freelance dev to create a new version of it, and post what i had planned to add to that, here.

I will probably change how these are formatted sometime later today to make it easier to read for the dev's here. I'm heading to work at the moment so i can't do it now.

These are not neccessarily written to be made by the war dev's, and may seem a bit biased towards my own server. I don't expect them to be added word for word to the real war plugin, although i'd love to see them added in. These are being linked to the github to be potentially looked at as ideas that they can add.

You may note that some of them are having to do with a plugin called magicspells (source here: https://github.com/TheComputerGeek2/MagicSpells )
which i personally think would be an amazing thing to add support for, but at the same time i wont hold my breath, since its a really big plugin to try and add support for.
