Overview

Research, propose a simple design, and execute the following

  • (Needed) For EVM operations, we want the ability to delegate that role to a different key besides the DKGId session key (for security reasons).
  • (Nice to have likely not needed): For Substrate operations, decide whether this is also necessary / needed and if it can be handled with Proxy. (Note, for acknowledge_proposal we do plan to remove this, so spending time here might prove worthless).
