svtk vcfclusterappears to only handle a single chromosome by default, and ignores all chromosomes in the input vcfs other than the first one it encounters. We discussed this on Slack and Matt thought it was a bug. Would be helpful to get this patched.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
