Option to fail if formatting is "required"? #23

We would like to fail our CI/CD pipeline if there are formatting required (i.e. code has invalid format) to prevent developers from accidentally commit invalid formatted code if they "do not build" properly.

Not sure if this is only us so I thought I'd ask before I throw something together...
