Show Engineering Grade & Experimental state directly in Outfitter #35

It currently looks like this:

Would be amazing it if could look like this:

Meaning:

Grade: Number from 1-5
Experimental: x (or no x)

And also:

Hovering over the engineer icon in the module list should show a tooltip with the name of the engineering and experimental feature.

For example, Coriolis shows the following awesome tooltip:

It would be enough to only show the engineering type names though. It saves a ton of teeeedious clicking when looking at builds.
