Given that this isn't only for the R02 anymore, rename the repository to something better

Candidates:

  • narya
  • nenya
  • vilya
  • open ring
  • ???

I like the lotr reference haha but I think keeping a reference to colmi somewhere would help search wise. Something like colmi_ring_client or something simple like that.
