Feature request: Automatically submit tags when certain windows are in focus.

While doing some things, like e.g. playing an action game, or, uh… watching educational videos, you'd maybe rather not be interrupted at all. It would be nice to be able to specify something to be automatically logged when certain windows are in focus, accepting, that there is a risk of overestimating the time spent on that activity. See my fork for an implementation for Linux.

It would be good if you could put together a patch/Pull Request for this that only changed the relevant lines. (Without all the unrelated whitespace modifications.)

sorry, I don't have the time/patience right now to figure out how to set up my repository so that the line endings work nicely.
