upload is not being measured correctly.

latest code pull, running on Ubuntu 18.04. 1GB/1GB fiber connection

Lately Speedtest++ has started reporting the upload speed incorrectly. it will not measure more than 225Mbit - but a test on Ookla will show the true speed - about 900Mbit.

Tried reverting to an older version, but the problem persists - wrongly measured upload speed.

This is an issue that has plagued the official speedtest-cli for some time, and it was the sole reason I started using speedtest++

But now the problem is with Speedtest++ as well.
