Add ability to extend background color

I find myself wanting to create a square image from a screenshot of my subscribers in youtube studio, however the background isn't fully black, so it would look ugly with QuickPic. This can be solved by just adding a custom color selector and adding an eyedropper tool to select a color from an image.
