FLASHTnT: Do not report subsets of tags

Currently subsets of tags are reported in the output but not assigned to the respective proteoforms. This makes checking for unassigned tags confusing as tag subsets are often in fact assigned but not reported as unassigned.

As a solution, these redundant tags should not be reported to the user.
